MNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of four employees, recognizing their continued growth, leadership, and commitment to serving both customers and the communities we call home.

Shannon Magnuson has been promoted to Controller as she approaches five year with MNB Bank. During her time with the organization, Shannon has shown a consistent commitment to learning and supporting the bank's operations. She has played a key role in implementing reporting systems, served as interim Board Secretary, and provided support across multiple areas of the bank. Her willingness to take on additional responsibilities and step in where needed reflects her dedication to the organization's success.
Hank Sunderman has been promoted to Branch Manager in Hastings. Over the past several months, he has focused on stregthening relationships within the Hastings market, working closely with customers and the community. In addition to his leadership responsibilites, Hank will continue serving as a Business Banking Officer, focusing on agricultural and commercial lending. His recent selection to the Nebraska Bankers Association Leadership Class reflects his commitment to professional growth and continued service.
Dalton Quandt has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Doniphan branch. Dalton has a strong connection to the agricultural community, and is an active supporter of the local FFA programs and community initiatives. He recently completed his first year at the Kansas/Nebraska Schools of Banking and is on track to complete the program soon. In his new role, Dalton will continue serving as a Business Banking Officer while providing leadership to the Doniphan team.
Justin Easter has been promoted to Vice President at the McCook branch. In his role as a Business Banking Officer, Justin has taken on expanded responsibilites within the bank's credit function. His experience in correspondent lending, agriculture, and crop insurance has supported the growth of new and existing lending relationships. His knowledge and commitment to customer service will continue to support the success of both the bank and its customers.
